WHO AM I?<\/h2>\n

I am a woman of many talents, abilities and passions, but what I am most known for is my compassion and concern for the human spirit. A person\u2019s essence is what intrigues me. My life has always been an adventure \u2013 with mountain vistas, grassy valleys and meadows, rushing streams, cloudy days, sunny days….I have traveled with many people through their adventures as well. WHAT I DO\u2026<\/h2>\n

As a psychologist I primary promote emotional and mental wellness. As I counsel people I encourage them to think about the four quadrants of their lives; spiritual, physical, emotional and mental. Without these quadrants being in good balance; life is unbalanced. We know this because we do not sleep well, our eating habits are off, and our bodies may ache as well as our heart. Creative Consulting Services became a company in the mid 90\u2019s, founded out of a need to serve others \u2013 creatively.
\nHurting people enter my life every day and I believe I can make a difference in their lives. I take a humanistic, existential phenomenological approach to my counselling. In layman terms, I believe everyone has the answers they need within themselves. I believe a person\u2019s lived experience is so very important and they we learn as we go. I am client-centered; this means you are the center of the counselling experience. You choose which direction counselling will go to suit your needs best. After all \u2013 you\u2019ve come to counselling for you!<\/p>\n

I had spent years in University looking at theory and practices, but how to take that information and make it practical, so that it worked in people\u2019s lives?
